Job summary

RPh on the Go USA, Inc. seeks licensed pharmacists for flexible per diem coverage across multiple retail grocery pharmacy locations in Akron, Cleveland, and Canton. As a floating staff pharmacist, you will support daily operations while self-scheduling shifts that fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with ability to work per diem coverage.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Willingness to travel between Akron, Cleveland, and Canton stores.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in a retail grocery pharmacy setting
• Oversee pharmacy operations including inventory management, data entry, and tech supervision
• Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on patient care
• Collaborate with 2-3 pharmacy technicians during most shifts; provide pharmacist-only coverage at lower-volume stores as needed
• Use McKesson EnterpriseRx software for prescription processing
• Float between store locations within Akron, Cleveland, and Canton
