NeighborHealth in Boston (MA) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our Pediatric Same Day Services on a per diem basis. Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Current MD licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
DEA certification and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (or ability to obtain)
ECFMG certificate if trained abroad
Successful completion of internship and residency in the United States

Responsibilities

Provide same-day pediatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute illnesses and injuries.
Assess and manage common pediatric conditions in an outpatient setting.
Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing.
Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Collaborate with primary care providers for follow-up and continuity of care.
Coordinate referrals to specialists and other resources as needed.
Document patient encounters in Epic EMR and use available clinical tools.
