Job summary

Renaissance Recovery Florida is seeking an experienced Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead educational and support groups within our behavioral health and substance use programs. This per-diem role offers a flexible schedule for professionals seeking supplemental income.

You will use evidence-based practices, document attendance in client records, and communicate with the clinical team while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
• Skilled in group dynamics, documentation, and trauma-informed care.
• Dependable, professional, and culturally competent.
• Ability to work a flexible, per diem schedule.
• Preferred: residential or outpatient rehab setting; DSM-5 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate mental health and substance use disorder groups using evidence-based practices
• Lead psychoeducational and coping skills sessions tailored to client needs
• Accurately document group content and attendance in client records
• Communicate pertinent client information to the clinical team
