CareGave Health Corp. in Leominster, MA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and physicians. The role offers flexible per diem shifts through the Oncoll app, with opportunities to build your schedule and maintain professional credentials while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility healthcare regulations.
