Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding).
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
• Accurately document care and follow facility protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
