Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm in challenging situations are essential.
• Reliable transportation for local travel is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings using ABA.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with families and treatment teams.
• Collect and maintain data for client programs.
