Job summary

MaineHealth in Biddeford is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse for Ambulatory Care. You will staff 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with evenings, weekends, and holidays off to support work-life balance. The role involves caring for patients across ambulatory practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

RN experience and a current state license are required, with BSN preferred. BLS must be current or obtained within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• License: current RN license in the applicable state and BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Experience: one year of recent RN experience recommended; automatic progression from RN I after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality ambulatory care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Support physicians/advanced practitioners with a wide range of patient care services in the ambulatory practice.
