Qualifications

• Ohio medical license required; unrestricted license.
• Fellowship completion required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments and diagnoses medical conditions.
• Develops and implements treatment plans.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to aid in patient care.
• Educates patients and families and coordinates care with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintains medical records and may participate in training of residents and fellows.
