Job summary

Compcare Therapeutics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services to children from birth to three years old in New Jersey. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current NJ license or is in Clinical Fellowship Year.

Flexibility in scheduling and collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals ensures comprehensive, compliant care and accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required/preferred.
• Current NJ license or Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist.
• Ability to provide Early Intervention services and collaborate with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to birth-to-three clients.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support children's communication development.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
