MGA Homecare Colorado LLC is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one therapy in children’s homes across the Denver metro area. This role emphasizes flexibility, mobility-focused treatments, and family collaboration under a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will be part of a supportive team with competitive pay tied to experience and caseload, plus weekly pay, CEU opportunities, and a structured onboarding to help you grow in pediatric home health.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Colorado PTA license or eligibility.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsabilités

• Provide pediatric physical therapy to children birth–21 in home/community settings under a licensed PT.
• Support treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and gross motor development.
• Help children gain independence and safety through individualized interventions.
• Partner with families to ensure carryover between visits.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, nursing, and care coordination teams.
• Document timely using electronic charting tools.
