Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide home-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers and their families in California. You will assess development, create IFSP-driven plans, coach families, and deliver therapy in natural environments.

Flexible schedules and location choices are available. Paid mileage, sign-on bonus, and benefits apply; bilingual Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required; Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycares, community settings).
• Produce re-assessments and progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
