Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn, WA, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work with children in a family-centered pediatric clinic. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

You’ll provide one-on-one therapy, assist therapists with assessments, document progress, and educate families on home programs. We value growth, collaboration, and a positive, low-stress work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in Washington State.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Passion for helping children grow and families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help children build independence and functional skills.
• Support Occupational Therapists with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for each child.
• Educate and empower families with strategies and home programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress.
