Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities include performing various patient care activities and accommodative services in a standard, policy-driven environment. Previous hospital or rehab experience and BLS certification are preferred to join our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Education and training: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in acute hospital, rehab hospital, or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care activities and accommodative services under supervision of a Registered or LVN/LPN.
• Follow PAM Health policies and procedures; do not administer medications or assume independent responsibility.
