Job summary

Blossom is a family-owned Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) serving Western New York since 1997. We are hiring PCAs, HHAs and CNAs and offer tuition-free Personal Care Aide training to obtain NYS certification, allowing you to work as a PCA in your community.

We provide flexible hours, competitive pay, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, a $1,000 sign-on bonus and more to support our caregivers in delivering compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
• Desire to help others
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive movements of upper extremities
• Pass a physical examination and immunization requirements after offer and annually thereafter, including COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, bathroom needs and transferring
• Assist with housekeeping tasks: meals, light cleaning, laundry, changing linens
• Support safety with equipment like wheelchairs and side rails
• Follow Plan of Care and report changes to supervisor

Skills
