Job summary

Right at Home Raleigh is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, and Wake Forest. You will assist with daily activities, provide transportation, and offer companionship in a home-care setting.

We offer competitive pay up to $16-$18 per hour depending on experience, flexible scheduling with 4/8/12 hour shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid training. CNA reimbursement program is available.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily hygiene.
• Prepare meals and support proper nutrition.
• Provide transportation for errands and appointments.
• Offer companionship and engaging conversation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping.
