Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Massachusetts is hiring PCA – Personal Care Assistant to support elderly and disabled clients in their homes across Great Barrington and surrounding areas. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available with free training and certification provided.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Certifications/training provided by us.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Compassionate, respectful and dependable attitude.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping.
• Prepare meals with client involvement when possible.
• Provide medication reminders.
