Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle that is a 4‑door sedan, minivan, or SUV under 15 years old.
• Must be at least 25 years old and compliant with auto insurance.
• Must have an active cell phone plan; if prepaid and not autopay, provide proof of six consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or resident with a valid TIN (SSN/EIN/ITIN acceptable).
