Job summary

NAPA is hiring Store Delivery Drivers to deliver automotive parts across the metropolitan area. The role emphasizes safe, on-time deliveries and friendly customer service as part of the NAPA Brand Ambassador program.

Duties include stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and supporting store operations while complying with safety guidelines and company policies. Flexible schedules are available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach up to 8 ft, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
Strong communication skills: clear speaking and attentive listening.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional service during each delivery.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Maintain detailed delivery logs and support store operations as needed.
