Job summary

Super Soccer Stars North Dallas is looking for energetic coaches to join our youth soccer program for ages 1–12. You will run engaging classes, follow our curriculum, and help children develop soccer skills while having fun.

This flexible part-time role offers $20–$35 per hour, on-the-job training, and incentive programs. Weekday and Saturday availability is preferred, with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekdays 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and/or 2:00 PM–4:30 PM and/or Saturdays 9:30 AM–12:00 PM
• Experience coaching youth soccer preferred but not required
• Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for soccer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young players
• Reliable and punctual
• Upbeat, fun attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and captivating soccer classes utilizing the curriculum for children aged 1–12 years
• Instruct and instill essential soccer skills, promote teamwork, encourage sportsmanship and fair play
• Foster a nurturing environment that supports player growth and progress
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance to players to enhance skills
• Communicate effectively with parents to support player development
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment during classes
