Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time 1099 Underwriting Field Inspector in Lancaster, PA to conduct on-site residential and commercial property inspections.

You will document features, capture photos, and prepare underwriting surveys while working independently from home and in the field. Applicants should be comfortable traveling within the service area, using measuring tools and Microsoft Office, and passing a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential or commercial properties, insurance, construction, or inspections.
• Preferred backgrounds include: Insurance inspection or underwriting inspections; Property appraisal or real estate; Home inspection services; Claims adjusting; Construction or commercial contracting; Loss control or related field services; Emergency services or first responder roles.
• Education not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
