Pay rate is $18.74 per hour. Responsibilities include site-specific security procedures, incident response, and regular patrols, with emphasis on professional presence and customer service across employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred where required.
• Loss prevention or security experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors at a technology-focused site.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns with calm, professional problem-solving.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor and report unusual activity and potential hazards as per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and shift communications.
