Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is hiring for part-time and seasonal roles. The position offers truly flexible schedules and a friendly, casual environment with open hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are reliable, and ready to contribute to food prep and store operations. Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, and opportunities exist to grow within a premier brand.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Follow processes and procedures; adhere to safety and workplace policies.
