Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is seeking team members for part-time roles with truly flexible schedules and hours. Our stores operate Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, closed on Sundays, ideal for students and caregivers seeking adaptable work.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, food prep for lunch and catering, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store. Previous customer service or food prep experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a premier brand.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales or store associate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with excellent service.
• Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits; drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive during shifts with ownership of tasks.
• Follow all processes and comply with safety, security and workplace policies.
