Job summary

A leading sports organization is seeking enthusiastic and energetic soccer coaches for their Tiny Tyke and British Soccer Academy programs. Coaches will teach foundational soccer skills to young players while fostering an engaging learning environment. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with compensation ranging from $15 to $25 per class based on experience. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and some coaching experience is preferred. The position allows for weekly classes and follows a structured curriculum in a fun environment.

Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to complete application.
• Must be aware of current first aid procedures.
• Personability with a highly energetic attitude is essential.
• Preferred experience in playing or coaching soccer.
• Valid work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach soccer skills to children aged 2-6 via fun games.
• Deliver coaching support and provide feedback to players.
• Mentor and coach staff, including delivering in-house clinics.
• Serve as an ambassador for Challenger Sports.
