Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in McCandless, PA, offering up to 30 hours weekly with a primary morning shift (7:00AM-3:00PM). The role uses a shift-pickup platform to build a schedule across multiple industries including Healthcare and Education, providing hands-on site experience and growth opportunities.

No prior experience is required, and candidates must be 18+ (21+ if armed). Uniforms, training, and weekly pay are provided along with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screening will be conducted where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
