Pay rate is $17.01 per hour. The role requires a high school diploma and background screening. You will perform access control, customer service, and incident response while advancing toward possible full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Provides customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff.
• Monitors and controls access to facilities per site procedures.
• Verifies credentials and maintains access logs.
• Responds to incidents calmly with site contacts and responders.
• Conducts patrols of access points and perimeters.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to healthcare facilities, restricted areas, and employee entrances in accordance with established site procedures.
• Verify credentials, issue visitor badges or access credentials, maintain access-related logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, surrounding areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
