Pay rate is $20.65 per hour, with a schedule that includes day and night shifts and anchor shifts for a stable base. Responsibilities include front desk customer service, access control, visitor management, and incident response in a commercial real estate setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: A Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Monitor access to the property and verify visitor credentials; issue passes.
• Answer calls, provide directions and building information; assist with visitor check-in.
• Observe lobby activity and report suspicious or maintenance issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and following procedures.
