Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Management Driver in Jacksonville, FL. The role offers reliable, fixed shifts with optional extra shifts for higher earnings, and a base pay of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include access control, visitor logs, vehicle screening, incident response, and regular patrols. Requirements include a TSA TWIC, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• TSA-issued TWIC required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• State/local security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed (21+ for armed).
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic as required, document deliveries and departures, and report access discrepancies or suspicious activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
