Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by conducting security procedures and following site policies.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility areas, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document observations and incidents in accordance with site reporting procedures.
