Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees and visitors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with store personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter theft and unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and document observations with incident reports.
• Assist with access control, deliveries, vendor entry and escorts per site procedures.
