Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time for a healthcare site in Philadelphia, PA. The role offers flexible hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

The position pays $18.00 per hour and features a base schedule (Mon 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Sat 8:30 AM–12:30 PM) with potential to grow into a full‑time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors following site procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality on assigned shifts.
• Follow security policies and communicate effectively with site personnel.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security related policies in a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting observations and incidents as needed.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and shift activities.
