No prior professional driving experience is required as Lamers provides training to help you get started, plus opportunities for a monthly bonus and charter work for extra hours in a family-owned company established in 1944.

Qualifications

• Valid driver1 license held for at least 4 years.
• Good driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Friendly, reliable and punctual.
• Must complete a background check, drug screening and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school on assigned routes.
• Driving sports teams, groups, and charters to events.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every student and passenger.
• Becoming a familiar and trusted face in the community you serve.
