Job summary

Lamers Bus Lines, Inc. is seeking a School Bus Driver (part-time) to help students get to and from school safely. You will drive on assigned routes, transport sports teams and groups to events, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections while ensuring a positive, safe environment for every student.

No prior professional driving experience is required as Lamers provides the training you need. This role offers flexible part-time hours with opportunities for charter driving and community

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 4 years.
• Good driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Must complete a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school on assigned routes.
• Driving sports teams, groups, and charters to events.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every student and passenger.
• Becoming a familiar and trusted face in the community you serve.
