Job summary

Signature Retail Services in Canton/Livonia is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate to service Big-Box Home Improvement stores. The role offers a flexible schedule of roughly 10-15 hours per week and pay rates of $16.00-$18.00 per hour.

You will travel to store locations, merchandise displays, validate planograms, complete audits, and help keep shelves stocked. Training is provided, no prior merchandising experience required, and you’ll join a team focused on dependable,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - paid training provided.
• This is a physically active role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently to service store locations within your territory.
• Conduct store audits, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, POP materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise and keep products stocked and customer-ready.
• Coordinate with store personnel to check inventory and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store visit.
• Manage your schedule to complete visits on time, every time.
• Communicate attendance or scheduling changes promptly.
