Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly, scan barcodes, and collect data to improve product performance. You’ll use a store app to scan barcodes across aisles and displays, contributing to client insights.

The role offers flexible hours and travel within designated markets, with continuous activity and a focus on accuracy. You will work 5–11 hours per week across all stores, plus 1–2 extra hours per store for special projects, especially January–June.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to endure standing for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet high.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands and arms.
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile device to scan barcodes in-store.
• Provide quantity data for approximately 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store each week.
• Assist with Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours in some weeks.
• Report to store within deadlines with dependable, quality-driven work.
