Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs.
• Collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Physical ability to lift 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk.
• Experience selling products or services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers as you learn their needs.
• Stay current on products and services to offer comprehensive solutions.
• Respond quickly to customer requests on the sales floor.
• Support the Tech department in achieving key metrics and profitable sales.
• Be flexible with responsibilities (cashier, merchandising, returns, etc.).
