Job summary

US Diversity Job Search is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores in Wisconsin and perform in-store data collection weekly for 52 weeks. The role offers flexible hours around 2–4 hours per week per store, with additional project work as needed, and pay of $15–$16 per hour plus travel reimbursement.

You will scan barcodes using a mobile app, compile product data, and support clients by ensuring accurate shelf information across grocery, drug, and mass retailers.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods, accessing products throughout the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and have reliable Wi-Fi and tech comfort.
