Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Registered Dietitian to join our team serving residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities across Northeast Ohio.

This flexible part-time role offers about 24 hours per week, plus a quarterly assisted living visit. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality nutrition care and support positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation.
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
