DCS-Clinical in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join as a part-time permanent team member. The RDH will perform prophylaxis, screenings, radiographs, and patient education in a modern, fully digital practice.

The role emphasizes patient care, accurate charting, and adherence to dental practice acts with a flexible two-day-per-week schedule and a competitive pay rate of $38–$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• RDH license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Local anesthesia and nitrous certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs dental prophylaxis by cleaning deposits and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins.
• Detects disease by oral cancer screening and examining gums; uses probes to assess periodontal status and recession.
• Prevents decay by applying fluorides and other agents.
• Supports the dentist in emergencies with CPR readiness and oxygen supply.
• Educates patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care; schedules follow-ups.
• Documents hygiene services in patient records and vital signs.
• Maintains dental equipment and inventories; troubleshoots malfunctions.
• Maintains knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
