Job summary

Aston Group is recruiting a part-time Registered Dietitian (RD) to support nutrition and wellness in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role offers flexible hours and the chance to impact residents’ health within a collaborative healthcare team.

The RD will conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate with nurses and dietary staff while ensuring regulatory compliance. Florida screening is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Experience in long-term care or SNF preferred.
• Strong communication and resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in a SNF.
• Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and dietary staff for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and documentation standards.
