Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking an in-home and community-based RBT to support clients in the United States. Part-time position with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. A competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$30.00 per hour is offered, with full-time employees eligible for comprehensive benefits.

RBT Certification is required. You will work with caring BCBAs to deliver high-quality ABA therapy and collect data on progress while helping families achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with ABA and children with autism preferred.
• Ability to work in-home and community settings and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle and flexible schedule.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience in ABA or with autism is desirable.
