Heartland Behavior in Ohio is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a path to professional advancement within the thriving ABA field in Rock Creek area.

We provide same-day pay, paid training, and a supportive clinical team. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, collect session data, and collaborate with families to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities
