Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior under the supervision of the clinical team.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, possess a High School diploma, and hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and pass RBT requirements.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
