Job summary

Storybook ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy in Maryland. You will support clients, collect data, and work with a team of caring BCBAs on meaningful goals.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, hands-on training, RBT certification, and competitive hourly pay from $22 to $30. You’ll drive to family homes and coordinate with supervisors to help children with autism learn and grow while balancing life.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism preferred.
• Ability to work independently and travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
