Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, in homes or community locations, helping them build independence.

This part-time role offers same-day pay, paid training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical team focused on delivering quality care and meaningful progress.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and committed to making a difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Part-time positions with a 6-month commitment are preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
