Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data using electronic devices or apps.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
