Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each client’s goals while offering compassionate, patient care and strong family partnership.

All positions start part-time with flexible scheduling, paid training, and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
