Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in client homes and community settings. This part-time role emphasizes flexible scheduling, immediate pay options, and ongoing clinical team support.

You will implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and help families create positive learning environments. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist through BCBA partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting.
• Experience working with children with autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
