Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support daily client care in New Jersey. This part-time role offers 15-25 hours weekly, in-home, school, or clinic settings, with flexible shifts and competitive pay.

You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote progress. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is preferred, and you must pass a background check and have reliable local transportation.

Responsibilities
