Job description

Physical Therapist Job in Miami, FL

Care360 Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Miami, FL, and this one comes with something rare: a schedule that bends around your life instead of the other way around. This is a flexible part-time or position, ideal for a PT who wants additional hours, better work-life balance, or a schedule that fits around family, another job, or other professional commitments. You'll work approximately 10 to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and pay of $60-$65 an hour depending on experience. Hours can gradually increase if you want them to, so this role can grow alongside whatever season of your career you're in right now.

A Practice Built on Clinical Autonomy

Founded in 2019, Care360 was created to be different from high-volume, corporately driven clinics. There's no double-booking here and no sacrificing clinical judgment for numbers in favor of a packed schedule. Instead, you'll have direct communication with the clinic owner/PT, real clinical autonomy, and enough one-on-one time to actually get to know each patient's case. Care here combines evidence-based methods with innovative techniques, and the practice runs on the belief that strong patient outcomes start with clinicians who feel valued, supported, and encouraged to keep growing professionally. That shows up in day-to-day details: less corporate bureaucracy, more say in how you practice, and a supportive, close-knit team where your clinical judgment is trusted rather than second-guessed.

Orthopedic and Post-Surgical Care, One Patient at a Time

Day to day, you'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload with a strong orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation focus, building individualized plans of care around each patient's goals and clinical presentation. That includes therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and functional training, along with monitoring each patient's progress and adjusting treatment as they advance. You'll also educate patients on their condition, home exercise program, and injury prevention, communicate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals when appropriate, and keep documentation accurate and timely. Outpatient experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are genuinely welcome to apply, and manual therapy skills are considered a plus rather than a requirement.

This position suits a PT who values quality of care over volume, wants clinical autonomy without micromanagement, and is looking for open communication and collaboration rather than a rigid corporate structure. Whether you're supplementing another position, easing back into practice, or simply want a lighter caseload with room to do good work, you'll be treating real orthopedic and post-surgical cases for a team that gives you the time to do it properly.

Compensation:
  • $60-$65 per hour, depending on experience
  • Approximately 10-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
Qualifications:
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure before starting
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Comfortable treating orthopedic and post-surgical patients
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Manual therapy skills are a plus
  • Outpatient experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and other outpatient rehabilitation needs
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals and clinical presentation

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients regarding their condition, home exercise program, recovery, and injury prevention
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
